We partner to define analytics to gain real-time insight into team readiness for change. We use those insights to make better decisions about organizational design, training, and workforce programs. This is the vision The Change Shop was built to create.

The Change Leader's Dilemma
Our founder spent years as a consulting lead at one of the world's largest consulting firms advising global leaders on complex transformations while juggling the day-to-day realities of project delivery, financials, reporting, hiring, and team leadership.
Even with access to world-class methodologies, the challenge remained: how do you distill leading practices into clear, repeatable processes that can be tracked from start to finish? How do you manage multiple change initiatives without a 15- person team?
That question led to the creation of The Change Shop.
